A letter from the owner...
Well hello, it’s so good to meet you. I’m Jenae, a licensed clinical social worker, mental health advocate and owner of Living Intentionally to Transform. With my love for athletics, mental health and social work, Living Intentionally to Transform was birthed. The idea for LITT came to me around 2013 and I spent years nurturing it before launching in 2019 to provide mental health services to athletes, adolescents, college students and adults. Living Intentionally to Transform was given its name because of my belief that intentional actions produce transformation for those who are willing to do the work. Services are provided via telehealth throughout the states of Georgia and Alabama.
Regardless of age, life has a way of knocking us down. Grace has a way of picking us up. Whether you are a college athlete, high school student or a working adult; the same is true for us all. Often, we feel as though our struggles are foreign to anyone else; that no one will understand and that we are what we go through. It doesn’t have to be that way. It is my ultimate desire for those who participate in LITT services to leave feeling confident, aware and committed to living intentionally in who they are called to be in life and/or their sport. Thank you for trusting us to go on this journey with you. We're excited, are you?
Jenae Ingram, LCSW
