Helping Elite Athletes, College Students & Christian Millennials get unstuck and find their joy!
Meet Jenae Ingram
Licensed Therapist (LCSW) & Certified Sports Social Worker
I want to help you heal and overcome!
Do you remember a time when busy schedules, strained relationships or anxiety wasn't the focal point of life? Is there a longing to create the life you desire?
You're in the right place!
Hey Hey... I’m Jenae! I work with elite athletes, college students and christian millennials. Is that you?
More importantly those that have the drive to change their circumstances but need the support to get there.
I help my clients find fulfillment, confidence and assurance by equipping them with the tools they need to overcome hurdles and navigate obstacles on their own.
I've heard from so many clients that therapy prior to working with me was "ineffective" or "redundant" leading many to feel like they were not making progress or wasted their time! I know that you're desperately seeking help, so I'll take every effort to ensure that you are equipped with real solutions.
We'll start by getting to know each other to make the therapy space one where you feel comfortable, safe and able to be yourself. Throughout our time together we'll laugh, cry, and have some tough conversations.
Client's that find the most success in therapy with me are those who are willing to do the work! Be ready to explore the triggers that are causing you to feel stuck, lost and confused then tackle the life transitions, traumas or stressors in a way that will be most effective for you.
Client's appreciate my ability to meet them where they are and work together with them to tackle goals and pursue the life they desire.
Someone you can connect with...
My specialized training in EMDR and sports social work means I have the expertise you need and deserve when working through athletic challenges, navigating life's changes or settling into the "new you".
Okay, okay... that's amazing! But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be an athlete, christian millennial or to adjust to new environments and situations, right?
I get it because I was the athlete and the coach. I've learned what it means to have my own relationship with Christ and how to adjust to new surroundings, people, and cultures where I knew no one.

When we work together, you're not getting someone on the other end that's just going to listen and nod their head. You're getting someone who has been through the fire in more ways than one and came out on the other side. You're securing a partner to walk this journey with, hand in hand.
