THERAPY FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS
IN GEORGIA & ALABAMA
It's time to take the next step towards clarity!
Do you find yourself trying to figure out how to balance the constant changes in your life?
Friendships = shaky.
Academics = stressful.
New environment = losing yourself.
I know... life is confusing right now. You're in this season of independence where you have the world to explore on your own but you're also unsure of how to do it or what it's "supposed" to look like.
You find yourself trying to navigate new and old friendships, balance academic pressures and adjust to new environments all while figuring out who you are as this young adult version of yourself.

Do you find that some of the struggles mentioned above are bleeding into other areas?
Perhaps...
-
Your academic challenges are causing issues with your parents
-
Your friendship issues are causing late nights and the time set aside for studying is now being used arguing with people
-
Figuring out yourself in this season has looked like isolating from others OR overly socializing in a way that feels abnormal.

So you've sought out help from friends, family or maybe even the college counseling center. With all of that, it still feels as though you need something different. Something or someone that will help you to learn to battle the triggers, not people.
You can learn tools and resources to help manage your stress and navigate friendships and college life with more ease.

What does therapy for college students look like with me?:
-
You'll learn and implement new skills and techniques to manage stressors such as time management or prioritizing your "to-do" list
-
You'll Identify the root of the confusion you may feel and develop a better understanding of how to heal or shift your perspective
-
You'll feel more comfortable in the changes you are experiencing and learn how to effectively communicate with others.
My approach to therapy with college students is rooted in accountability but also relationship. College students report valuing the space created for them to show up fully while navigating the process of figuring out who they are and the challenges that college life presents them each week.
Do the work today,for a better tomorrow!
